small bear pnp transistor pair?

does anyone have experience with these? it is said to work with the fuzz face and tone bender. i'm trying to get as close to the original schematic as possible. i plan to build a tone bender and maybe a fuzz face if i have enough extra parts lying around.

Many builders say that Small Bear's trannies are good. The sound will be very good, cause those are tested with care... If you don't want to spend time with searching and playing around with tests and experimenting with your amp, I suggest you to buy those from Steve.
