I have a bunch weird metal- can sili- transistors. The type is: "T 2302D RCA" and on the center on the top- side of the can it reads: "HM 8419". Have anybody some information of this trannie??? I have them about 50-75 pcs, and when I test them with a DMM, the meter shows gains about 1-2. Strange ones....
I looked at the datasheetarchive.com and found out that the trannie is a sensitive gate silicon triac. It can handle 400 volts. In other words, they are AC power switchers.
