Not sure if there's a circuit that does that, but the ToneBender Professional MKII has always been my favorite fuzz circuit. It can do a lot of things and has a fairly wide range of fuzz tones when nice low gain and low leakage transistors are selected for the circuit.
I had a little trouble with the MKII at first because I was trying to use one or more transistors that were too leaky and it the "Attack" pot was more or less useless...not matter where it was turned the pedal had an awful saturated sound. As soon as I picked out some good low leakage transistors, it worked like magic. The MKII also cleans up well from the guitar's volume control just like the Fuzz Face, but it's capable of quite a bit more fuzz...and feedback
