which fuzz for spaghetti western tones?

Hello,

I'm a newbie here... I've built a few amps end a treble booster and now I want to build a fuzz pedal. I'm looking for classic spaghetti western fuzz tones. Do you guys have any suggestions which project would be the best bet for me?

I don't know about the gear that the original artist used on those Morricone soundtracks. Some people suggested me to try a Mosrite Fuzzrite or a Maestro super fuzz, but I haven't been able yet to locate such a pedal over here.

Thank you very much!

Jef
