Wiring the Vox Clyde McCoy Wah

Please, anybody can help me for the wiring?

I can't localizate the output pads and the pot pads on the PCB.

 

1= Input

2= Wah 2

3= Wah 3

4= +9VDC

5= Grounds

 

I don't understand what means wah 2 and wah 3. And the output? and the sweep?

Hi, I've just embarked on this one myself and have not yet got the parts, but I've worked it out based on other wah circuits I've seen on google images. Here is how I think it should be wired:
