I need to buy the transistors in the Axis Fuzz Si article but I don't have a credit card and small bear doesn't sell them. Does anyone have a couple of each that they would sell me via paypal?

They are PN2369A and BD139, although I could probably live without the BD139.

Bump, any help would be appreciated.  :) Maybe I could work a trade with somebody? I've got lots of LED's, opamps, diodes, N-Channel JFETS, Transistors, etc. etc.

Where are you? In the UK Maplins do the BD139 but I can't find a supplier for the PN2369A

You should try 2N 2646, 2369 or 3439 for Q1. They have gain about 50-90. For Q2 I like to put 2N 1711. It has gains about 120-160. They sound good and are cheap.
